I used chicagoshakes.com to check show dates and grab tickets, and overall it was a smooth experience. I’m not saying I tested every corner of the site or anything, but for what I needed, it was easy to find my way around. The seat options and prices were clear enough, which I appreciated.

Checkout was simple and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of extra steps. The confirmation email showed up right away too, so I wasn’t left wondering if the order actually went through.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple pages seemed to load a little slowly on my phone, though I don’t know if that was the site or just my connection at the time. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a small annoyance. Overall, I had a good experience.

The cast was just really good. Like, everyone felt like an actual person instead of someone just reading lines, if that makes sense. The timing worked so well too, and I kept noticing little moments between characters that made it feel more real. I went in thinking I’d just casually watch it, maybe have it on in the background, but somehow I ended up way more pulled in than I expected

I had a small mix-up with my tickets and ended up calling the box office, expecting it to be a whole hassle. But the person I spoke with was really friendly and got everything sorted out quickly without making me feel like I was bothering them. I’ll admit I’m a bit biased toward places that handle problems calmly and don’t turn little issues into a big deal, but this was such an easy experience. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I wasn’t expecting to be blown away, but wow—the production quality really came through. Everything felt polished and well put together, like they actually cared about the details. It made the whole experience feel way more impressive than I expected

I had a good time at the show overall! It was entertaining and worth going to, but I did feel like the ticket price was a bit high for what you get. Not a bad experience at all, just okay value in my opinion 🙂

Getting in was accessible enough for us, no huge issues there. But wow, parking took foreverrr and was kind of a hassle. We spent way more time circling around than we expected, which was frustrating tbh.

I went to a show here last week and overall had a really nice experience. From where I was sitting a little off to the side, the sound was still clear, especially the vocals, and the music never felt overwhelming or too loud.
The only thing I noticed was that a few quieter lines were hard to catch when the actors turned away from the audience. It didn’t take me out of the show too much, though, and I’d still be happy to come back.
